Texas Tailwheel

Texas Tailwheel Flight Training is the unofficial name for a small independent flight school dedicated to serving our customers to the best of our ability. We offer regular fixed-wing flight school courses in rental aircraft, or will work with you in your aircraft. We do tailwheel endorsements as well in our aircraft or yours. We maintain CFI non-owned aircraft insurance for your peace of mind as well. Texas Tailwheel Flight Training is a service provided by Ryan, a flight instructor in the Central and South Central Texas area, and his associates. We operate primarily in the greater Austin, Burnet, Georgetown, Killeen, San Antonio, and Boerne areas, but are willing to work where we are needed. We operate a Taylorcraft BC12D of our own and have experience flying over 40 different aircraft types and specialize in helping customers who already own their own aircraft. We can also help new owners with transition training for insurance purposes.
