TNG Aviation is a flight school in the Portland, Oregon area that is made up of highly trained professional free lance flight instructors. Our flight instructors are based near every major airport in the Portland-Metro area and are able to meet your specific training needs.
We have designed our curriculum to meet FAA standards and maximize your time in the air. We provide individualized flight and ground training. Rental aircraft are available, or we can teach you in your own plane. If you are an inexperienced or aspiring pilot looking to get started, we can help you begin your journey with a Private pilot license. For those of you looking for more advanced flying, we provide instruction for Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine, CFI, CFII, and MEI. We also provide bi-annual flight reviews, instrument proficiency checks, high performance, and complex aircraft endorsements.
We are committed to the idea of teaching to proficiency and doing our part to ensure that safe, competent, knowledgeable, and confident pilots are behind the controls. Since we are not a large flight school, there is greater flexibility in the training that we offer. If you have specific requests, let us know!
