Ozarka College

The Associate of Science in Professional Pilot - Aviation program prepares students to fly a single-engine aircraft and qualifies students to take the FAA pilot credentialing exam for the Private Pilot certificate (ASEL). This degree will serve as the foundation for advanced flight certification offerings as well as provide seamless transfer degree opportunities to four-year institutions. In addition to admission requirements, students must meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements. The average length of this program is four semesters, 61 credit hours. The approximate cost to students (in-state) to complete the program will be $12,500. Flight costs will vary, but are included in this estimate. Tuition and fees are subject to change per Board of Trustee approval. Students who have earned an Associate of Science in Professional Pilot - Aviation from Ozarka College will be admitted to the Bachelor of Science in Aviation - Professional Pilot Track upon admission to Henderson State University, subject to FAA and TSA flight training requirements in place at the time of admittance.
