Manchester Flight Training

Manchester Flight Training is owned and run by pilots with many years commercial experience and is City Airport Manchester’s only European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Fully Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and Flying School. At Manchester Flight Training, we operate clean, well equipped aircraft with modern technology. We have very high standards of quality at extremely competitive prices. We offer trial flying lessons to those wanting to try first hand the experience of flying with detailed briefs beforehand and for those wanting to take things further offer basic flying skills training during the trial flying lesson. Those wanting to continue their training can train to gain their PPL(A) and once this has been acquired we also offer training for those wanting to gain their IMC rating and flight instructors rating. We also offer NTPL training for those not yet ready to enter in for the full PPL(A) licence and for all students we also offer a hands on Radio Telephony course including written and aural exams after the second session. All equipment including literature, logbooks, flight computers, UK charts etc can be purchased on site and out instructors take pride in consulting our students on every aspect of their training to make sure they reach their goal of becoming a private pilot.
