Caledonian Advanced Pilot Training

We are approved to provide the full range of EASA modular distance learning programs for the theoretical knowledge exams from PPL right through to ATPL (including CPL), for helicopters and aeroplanes. We are also approved for the IR in both categories, and CRM courses. Canadian training can also be undertaken, to Transport Canada standards. We are located on the South coast of UK, between Chichester and Shoreham, and are 1 hour away from Gatwick by train, where the exams are held. All our instructors are working pilots, so they are as up to date as possible with current industry trends. Training is relaxed and informal and involves a certain amount of self-reliance, because one day you will be operating an aircraft by yourself in remote places. In other words, we don’t train just for the exams, but for the industry - it doesn’t suit everyone. Private tuition can be arranged for all subjects, and this can be done over the internet with videoconferencing.
