Bristol Aero Club

The Bristol Aero Club is a not for profit social club and flying school run democratically by its members. Our Piper PA28 aircraft cost £141.00 per hour including base landing fees, instruction and Tax. Self fly hire at £120.00 per hour and annual membership is £120.00. All exams except Radio are £35.00 per exam. Skills test cost £175.00 and IMC renewals £75.00 plus hours flown on the aircraft, priced at instruction rate. We offer PPL, NPPL, Night and IMC training as well as regular social events an annual dinner, skittle matches against other clubs, regular fly-ins and fly-outs with barbecues in the summer. Members include four qualified flying instructors and a CAA medical examiner.
