Isla Grande Flying School has been a family owned enterprise involved in Aviation Training since 1953, with a continued dedication to training to the success of its clients. IGFS is a Federal Aviation Administration Approved School under their Part 141 Regulations, this is further guarantee for the customer of the level of accomplishment required to retain this accreditation which is an 80% minimum passing rate on Knowledge and Practical Examinations.To better serve their customer base IGFS became the First International Cessna Pilot Center in the World in 2001, this relationship with the World´s largest General Aviation Aircraft Manufacturer, statistically proven to be the World´s safest aircraft. Cessna Pilot Centers are Training Providers approved and contracted directly by this aircraft manufacturer under very strict standards. Now on its second generation the spark and dedication on our mission keeps strong and latent as its first day of operations 68 years ago.
